“Without a sense of caring, there can be no sense of community.” -Anthony J. D’Angelo
Community is something that we value at ChiroWay. Whether it is creating community within our ChiroWay Centers, or getting involved with the community surrounding our centers, cultivating relationships with the people around us is vital to fulfilling our mission. Often, our ChiroWay Centers participate in local events that allow our chiropractors to interact with community members about the benefits of regular chiropractic care.
Most recently, ChiroWay of Blaine participated in a fun weekend at Blaine Festival from June 22nd-24th. Blaine Festival is an event that the community celebrates every year at Aquatore Park with local businesses engaging through a business fair.
With entertainment for the entire family, this is a wonderful event that ChiroWay of Blaine had the opportunity to participate in for 5 years running. Lance Baumgard, DC has had a booth setup for 3 of those years, and has been involved for 2 years with the Blaine Festival Committee that volunteers their time to set up this community event and does a excellent job doing so. At the event this year, ChiroWay of Blaine set up a “Crayon Guessing Contest” booth with prizes for the top 3 best guesses.
With our continued commitment to serve our communities, there’s no greater way than showing we care through the pouring of our energy and investment into the people, organizations, events, and businesses that surround us. The opportunity to communicate with local families and people who are interested in learning more about chiropractic care is what draws ChiroWay of Blaine to participate at Blaine Festival.
“Sometimes people have wanted to learn more about how chiropractic adjustments can improve their quality of life, they just haven’t had the chance to schedule their first visit with the chiropractor and this local event is the perfect setting to get the conversation started.” —Lance Baumgard, DC

Directly consult with a qualified health care professional for any chiropractic or medical advice. In addition to the benefits of chiropractic care, one should also be aware of the existence of some risks. Risks associated with some chiropractic care may include soreness, musculoskeletal sprain/strain, and fracture. In addition, there have been reported cases of stroke associated with chiropractic care. Research and scientific evidence does not establish a cause and effect relationship between chiropractic care and the occurrence of stroke; rather studies indicate that people may be consulting chiropractors when they are in the early states of a stroke. In essence, there is a stroke already in process. However, you are being informed of this reported risk.
