A Heart for Families, A Commitment to Learning: Three Years at ChiroWay of Stillwater

Three years ago, Dr. Chloe Thorpe opened the doors to ChiroWay of Stillwater with a simple vision: create a place where people felt heard, families felt supported, and chiropractic care centered around the health of the nervous system could be part of everyday life.

Today, that vision has grown into something even bigger.

As ChiroWay of Stillwater celebrates its third anniversary, the practice has naturally become a destination for individuals, expecting moms, infants, children, and families throughout the Stillwater area who are looking for neurologically focused chiropractic care in a welcoming, educational environment.

And according to Dr. Chloe, that journey started long before she ever opened her practice.

A Passion That Started Before Graduation

“I’ve always known that I wanted to work with families and children, even before I knew exactly what that would look like,” Chloe says.

While still attending chiropractic school, she intentionally pursued advanced education beyond her doctoral degree. She completed training in the Webster Technique, allowing her to better care for pregnant women, and began working toward her Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP) before graduation.

Rather than waiting until years into practice to specialize, Dr. Chloe opened ChiroWay of Stillwater already committed to serving families with advanced postgraduate education.

“I’ve always believed that learning shouldn’t stop after graduation,” she explains. “Healthcare is constantly evolving, and I feel a responsibility to continue growing as a doctor so I can provide my clients with the most current, thoughtful, and compassionate care possible.”

That commitment has continued every year since.

More Than 200 Hours Dedicated to Families

The CACCP is one of chiropractic’s most comprehensive family-focused postgraduate certifications. It includes advanced education in:

  • Pregnancy and postpartum care
  • Infant development
  • Pediatric neurological assessment
  • Breastfeeding and birth physiology
  • Developmental milestones
  • Age-appropriate chiropractic techniques
  • Cranial evaluation
  • Caring for children with neurological and developmental challenges

But for Dr. Chloe, the certification represents something much deeper than additional credentials.

“I’d love for people to know that earning the CACCP wasn’t about adding letters after my name—it was about becoming the best doctor I could be for the families in our community.”

That investment in education means families throughout Stillwater have access to specialized prenatal and pediatric chiropractic care close to home.

Caring for the Entire Family

While many people initially visit a chiropractor for themselves, Dr. Chloe has watched countless families grow alongside her practice.

She has cared for mothers throughout pregnancy, welcomed newborns shortly after birth, supported children through developmental milestones, and continued caring for parents as life changes along the way.

One of her favorite parts?

“I’ve had the privilege of caring for several moms through multiple pregnancies and then getting to care for both of their babies as they grow. Being trusted during such an important season of life is something I never take for granted.”

For Dr. Chloe, caring for children isn’t simply about today’s visit—it’s about helping families build healthy habits for years to come.

“It’s often said that it’s easier to raise healthy kids than it is to fix broken adults, and I truly believe there’s so much value in helping children develop and thrive from the very beginning.”

Just as meaningful is supporting parents through the challenges of raising a family.

“When a family has been struggling with something for months and they finally feel heard, understood, and supported, it doesn’t just help the child—it often improves the entire family dynamic.”

A Different Kind of Healthcare Experience

If there’s one thing Dr. Chloe hopes every family experiences when they walk into ChiroWay of Stillwater, it’s confidence.

“More than anything, I want families to feel heard, supported, and empowered.”

Rather than telling families what they should do, her approach focuses on education, collaboration, and helping people understand how the nervous system influences the body’s ability to coordinate, adapt, and function.

“I never want anyone to feel pressured into making healthcare decisions. My goal is to provide education so families understand their options and can make the decisions that are right for them.”

Every family has different goals, experiences, and questions.

“I want every family to leave feeling more confident and empowered than when they walked in.”

Looking Toward the Future

Although ChiroWay of Stillwater is celebrating three years, Dr. Chloe believes this is only the beginning.

Her vision is to continue creating a practice where people have a trusted chiropractor through every stage of life, from preconception and pregnancy to newborn care, childhood, adulthood, and healthy aging.

“My vision is to continue growing ChiroWay of Stillwater into a place where individuals, children, and entire families receive neurologically focused chiropractic care throughout every stage of life.”

She also plans to continue investing in advanced education and bringing that knowledge back to the Stillwater community.

“I hope to continue investing in advanced education and bringing that knowledge back to the Stillwater community so families have access to the highest quality chiropractic care close to home.”

Celebrating Three Years of Community

Every anniversary is an opportunity to reflect, not just on how much has grown, but on why it matters.

Over the past three years, ChiroWay of Stillwater has become more than a chiropractic office. It has become a place where families celebrate pregnancies, welcome new babies, watch children grow, and build lifelong habits centered around health and adaptability.

For Dr. Chloe, that’s exactly what she hoped to create.

At ChiroWay of Stillwater, every adjustment, every conversation, and every new family is another opportunity to build a healthier community—one generation at a time.

Here’s to three incredible years, and to many more families still to come.
