“Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” -Henry Ford
On Friday April 19th, 6 ChiroWay Franchisees had the opportunity to take their professional focus for providing regular chiropractic care to a higher quality of service by attending ChiroWay Franchise, LLC’s quarterly training session at ChiroWay of Elk River, owned and operated by Blake Bredeson, DC.
Chiropractors are professionals, but a vast majority are also entrepreneurs as they have to own their own small business to provide services in their communities. As with any business, chiropractors face the challenges of small business ownership. According to the Small Business Administration, roughly 80% of small businesses survive the first year, only 50% of small businesses survive passed the five-year mark, and only 33% of small businesses get to the 10-year mark and live to tell the tale. If you search for the reasons why chiropractors would fall into this category of failing in small business, the list would carry on and on-failure is real and failure can be the scariest thought of being a small business owner.
“Being in business can be a lonely and emotionally draining investment. Having a tribe of other business owners supporting you throughout the rollercoaster ride enhances the experience of owning a business and supports you in times of downward challenges. And when business turns the corner and starts climbing out of the current challenge you’ve been on, you have a team of chiropractors behind you ready to celebrate the wins.” —Trent Scheidecker, DC
ChiroWay Franchise, LLC has been working with Doctors of Chiropractic on systems, branding and training since June 2012. The training that took place for this quarterly event focused on chiropractic education for the consumer, chiropractic communications and internal engagement for the member experience. Training can be one of the greatest benefits of operating your a chiropractic franchise business to continue to build value within our market share.
ChiroWay is individually operating businesses working together as one whole organization through ChiroWay Franchise, LLC which sell franchises to Doctors of Chiropractic (“DC”) who are licensed to practice in the state in which they wish to establish a franchise prior to opening their ChiroWay Center. ChiroWay Centers offer chiropractic care to individuals and families using monthly subscription and one-time visit payment options, also called chiropractic membership plans.
