“Being a visible woman owner in River Falls, a college town, is especially meaningful to me because I work with so many college students, including female athletes,” she shares.

For Dr. Cassy, ownership is not only about building a practice. It is about modeling leadership.
“It gives me the opportunity to show young women that they can prioritize their health, pursue their passions, and step into leadership roles both in their sport and beyond.”

Dr. Cassy hopes they see more than chiropractic care. She hopes they see possibility.
“I hope to inspire them to care for themselves, be confident in their abilities, and see that women can lead successful, community-focused businesses while supporting others in their wellness journeys.”

Ownership with Courage
Dr. Cassy always knew she wanted to own her own practice. The hesitation was timing. Opening right after graduating from Northwestern Health Sciences University in December 2024 felt bold.ChiroWay provided the structure that made that leap sustainable.
“Throughout chiropractic school, I always knew I wanted to own my own practice, but taking that step right after graduation felt overwhelming. ChiroWay provided the perfect opportunity to achieve that goal while still having a strong support system in place.”
Ownership did not require everything to feel perfectly comfortable. It required stepping forward anyway.
“It’s never going to feel completely comfortable or perfectly timed, but you can make it work and build something that’s truly yours.”
That mindset is the same one she hopes young women in River Falls adopt in their own pursuits.
