I've always been apprehensive about seeing a chiropractor until my friend Shawndra recommended JR. She had been seeing him for years and I decided to go with her and have an adjustment. He is extremely professional, informative and comfortable to be around. I am so glad I went and I am continuing with weekly visits. I also took my 17 year old son to Dr. Fritsch and he adjusted him as well and I could tell a huge difference in his attitude and the way he walked the next day. He wasn't hunched over when he got in the car after school today and he said he had a great day which has not happened in a long time. His energy level was up and he was in a good mood which has also not happened in a long time. I know this is just the start but I can't wait for the future! After seeing Dr. Fritsch for the first time i was able to turn my neck all the way from side to side without it even hurting or feeling constricted. My energy level was up the next morning. when I woke up and went about my day i usually feel really fatigued and I wasn’t. My lower back used to hurt and that hasn’t since i got adjusted. That was just one time.. I can’t imagine what consistency will bring but can’t wait.

Visiting the chiropractor was a regular part of my life until COVID hit, and I just never made it a priority to get back in the habit. Then I fell while skating with my kids last fall and began experiencing intense pain in the tailbone area. After 3 months with minimal improvement, I decided to try Chiroway. I was attracted to it by the reviews I had seen, the affordable pricing, and the ability to walk in when convenient. I have been going for about 3 months now. I love that he takes the time to identify where my muscles are tweaked and works in those areas until he is satisfied. I don't even have to tell him where the discomfort is, he knows! While I was appreciative of the adjustments, I hadn't had any major breakthroughs on the pain from the injury...until 2 weeks ago! The pain was a new level of intense after doing some traveling, and Dr. JR immediately picked up on the tension. His adjustment was thorough and I had a feeling I was going to notice a difference. The past week has been the most normal I have felt since September! My pain has been transformed to a mild occasional discomfort, and I am so grateful! My son began getting adjustments a month ago and my daughter has asked to start this week. I highly recommend Dr. JR and Chiroway of The Colony!
