Rooted in Purpose: Celebrating Women Leadership at ChiroWay of Stillwater

Celebrating Women Who Lead and Serve

Women’s History Month is a time to recognize the women who shape our communities through leadership, resilience, and service. At ChiroWay of Stillwater, that leadership shows up every day through the work of owner and chiropractor Dr. Chloe Thorpe.

As the owner of ChiroWay of Stillwater, Dr. Chloe serves families throughout Stillwater and the St. Croix Valley with a practice built around consistency, professionalism, and family-centered chiropractic care.

Across the ChiroWay network, women chiropractors play a vital role in bringing this model to life. Their leadership reflects what we value as a franchise: purpose-driven care, strong systems, and a deep connection to the communities they serve.

From a Calling to Community Care

Dr. Chloe became a chiropractor with a simple intention: to help people. As her clinical journey evolved, she developed a strong passion for pediatric and prenatal care, pursuing Webster Certification and CACCP training through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

She envisioned a family-centered chiropractic practice in Stillwater where care felt personal, consistent, and accessible.

“ChiroWay was truly an opportunity that fell into my lap at the right time,” she shares. “It allowed me to build the kind of family-centered practice I envisioned, with systems already in place so I could focus on care, connection, and consistency.”

Growing up around a small family business that has operated for nearly 40 years, ownership was always part of the long-term vision. When the opportunity came sooner than expected, she stepped into it with clarity and courage.

Today, ChiroWay of Stillwater stands as a trusted woman-owned chiropractic practice serving families throughout Stillwater, MN and the surrounding St. Croix Valley.

The Leadership Lesson No One Talks About

When we asked about the most underestimated challenge of ownership, her answer was immediate: energy.

“One of the biggest underestimated challenges has been learning to protect my energy. I care deeply about my clients, and it can be easy to pour from an empty cup. Over time, I realized that creating boundaries isn’t selfish, it’s necessary.”

This is a leadership evolution many women business owners experience. High capacity. High care. High expectations.

It took nearly two years to find a rhythm that allowed her to serve families fully while building sustainability into her practice and life.

At ChiroWay, we believe exceptional care starts with sustainable leadership. When our franchisees are strong, their communities benefit.

For the Woman Thinking About Ownership

Dr. Chloe offers encouragement to women who feel capable but hesitant.

“If you’re capable, you’re probably more ready than you think. Ownership doesn’t require perfection. It requires courage and a willingness to learn.”

That mindset reflects the culture across our franchise system. We do not wait until everything is perfect. We build with integrity, we learn, and we grow into leadership. Women across the ChiroWay network continue to model this daily.

Serving Families in Stillwater with Consistency

ChiroWay of Stillwater was built around consistency. Families do not need complicated care. They need reliable, neurologically focused chiropractic support that fits real life. Dr. Chloe hopes her practice remains a place where families feel supported and welcomed.

“It’s an honor when moms trust me with their children’s care. Seeing clients refer their friends and family or recommend us locally truly means everything.”

Many women leaders naturally become the steady presence that brings people together in their communities—creating spaces that feel welcoming, consistent, and grounded in professionalism.

Families in Stillwater benefit from that kind of leadership every day.
