I started out going to the Mpls skyway location, which I left due to a change in employment location. I was referred to the St. Paul skyway location where Dr. Mike took care of my needs until Covid, where it was no longer convenient for me to travel downtown. I started going to the N. St Paul location which was Dr. Mike's second location. Dr. Austin took over that location soon afterwards and I haven't turned back since. I introduced my husband to Chiroway and we are both very satisfied customers.
I was looking for a chiropractor who would really listen and examine by spine for what adjustments are needed. Dr. Austin is one of these chiropractors. My first intake appointment kept getting interrupted (Monday. night at 4ish), so I was nervous that I would often have to wait to see him, given the "drop in" format. But I've only had to wait a couple times in the last three months, and it was for less than 15 minutes. In addition to the quality chiropractic work, Dr. Austin also shares tips that are helpful too. Absolutely recommend!

Dr. Austin does a great job! I have been seeing him weekly since he took over the location from Mike about a year ago and couldn't be happier. All questions are answered in plain speak that anyone can understand. Any changes to hours are communicated well in advance. The clinic is kept very clean and sanitized. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Austin at Chiroway in N St Paul. The monthly plan is affordable and it's nice to stay on top of any back, hip, shoulder, and etc issues. Jake

Dr. Austin is a great Chiropractor! Clean, easy to access location, and reasonable hours. Since starting my Chiropractic journey here at NSP ChiroWay I've had less issues with my back, neck, and shoulders. When I do tweak something whether at the gym or doing other various projects, Dr. Austin is able to address it with some form of adjustment. For the monthly price, being able to get an adjustment once per week is a great deal.

I have been slowly looking for the right chiropractic place for a little while, after making 2 short phone calls and reading about ChiroWay I was SOLD! The ease of the membership and the come and go with no appointments is so nice as my schedule is ever changing. Or just the fact that we’re human and maybe we need to get adjusted that day and didn’t have a pre planned appointment. I got the pleasure of watching Austin adjust a few adults and even 2 kids during my consultation. He is very thorough and makes sure you are adjusted properly before leaving. He’s completely open to different ways of adjusting if a certain procedure just isn’t the right fit for you. He even gave me tons of stretches I can do at home to help my tightness in my shoulders.
